All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


During periods of high demand (such as product drops or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.


 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

 


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Domestic orders: 3–7 business days

  • International orders: 7–14 business days

 


Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.


 

Tracking Your Order

 


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 


International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


 

Incorrect Address

 


Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.


 

Lost or Delayed Packages

 


Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience any issues, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We’re happy to assist where possible.
